first ever Kudzu Parade down Frazier next weekend ,Saturday Oct 6th, 10am .

The Fossils will meet with the rest of the paraders@ Renaissance park in North Chatt. at 9:30

The parade will be short, maybe 30 minutes.

THIS IS TAKE THE PLACE OF OUR REGULAR DD MEETING.

Hill on Wheels Rally this weekend IN TOWN

This rally is open to all scooters AND motorcycles.
T-shirts and patches will be available.
This will be a FREE rally.

Friday night meet and greet (4:00p.m. - Late) at:

Saturday Ride from the Crash Pad at 11:00. Be gassed up and ready to ride into the twisty mountain roads with a stop at Scenic City Scooters for lunch.
Saturday night (7:00p.m. - 3:00a.m.) dinner, drinks, Pool, Darts, and mayhem will be at:

Auguest 18, 2012 UP UP the mountain

This past Saturday the ride started , as usual, at Dunkin.
We have new members:
Tim and Melissa Brooks-Welcome!!
They ride Honda PSX 150. Some sweet rides...so quiet  but firm on the road. Their daughter came too but I don't know her name.

They joined Bill Levy, James Killian, Jim Coleman, Dave Hawk, and Tony Boydston. I didn't go.
I had told Tim if I led the ride we would go up Roberts Mill and down the W. So...Tim led the ride up Roberts Mill and down the W.  Great fun for all

WE miss you on the rides.

Catching up Ride of 8-11-2012

We have a new photographer  YEA!
James Killian brings along his camera and video on many rides. So here is what he caught on this ride.
Bill Levy, me, Jim Coleman and James caught this ride.Bill thought he had found a new way to the ridge but it was just partially new. So we went up and caught the beauty of the ridge then road down on Shallowford.  Of course once the Civil war came up and cannons....guess who was all aglow.

We miss y'all and hope you start again when the weather cools.

No Foolin we rode

So yesterday was the third "every Saturday meet up" If you weren't there you were missed. And the timing was great since lat er there was 20 minutes of hail at my house.

So meet up: every Saturday, weather permitting

10am@ Dunkin Donuts on Hwy 153 No purchase necessary but FGM usually offers to pay. Rides about 1 hr so no sore tushies.

ALERT fellow Fossils we'll start weekly rides SOON

Alert! Alert!
Starting Saturday March 17th @ 10AM we're on the road again.
We'll be meeting weekly at Dunkin Donuts on Hwy 153 across from Northgate.
Come for the ride, grab a cup of joe and maybe a sweet.
Then we'll decide where the ride is headed.

Bring anyone with a 2 or 3 wheel scooter or bike.

Drivers finding ways to "scoot" by gas prices

Let's all be sure to support Hill City United's rally

This weekend is the rally IT"S FREE
Meet AT Scenic City on Friday night at 5:30 PM
Here are the rest of the details.

*Friday night meet and greet at Blacksmith's bistro and grill 6p.m. till 12. (3914 St. Elmo Avenue Chattanooga, TN 37409). Great food and cold drinks.
Saturday morning breakfast at Scenic City Scooters 8a.m. to Noon. (2248 Dayton Blvd.37415) Ride leaves at 12:00 Noon up to the Monteagle camp site. This will be a 75 mile ride through the twisty mountain roads. The ride will end up at Laurel Trails Campgrounds. If you"re not into camping there are hotels close to the campsite. Saturday ...night diner ride out to a great local place for an awesome meal, then back to the campsite for fire, scooters, and madness.
Sunday ride back to Chattanooga 11:00a.m. This will be a 50 mile ride straight down to Scenic City Scooters.

This is a FREE rally.
You will get a Saturday morning breakfast, a rally patch, and a great weekend.

You will pay for your own lodging/camping, and the rest of your meals.

Wee will have a chase truck for the ride to and from the camp site. You may also put your camping gear in the chase truck and leave your vehcile at Scenic City Scooters for the night.

Rally T-shirts will be availble for $5.00.

Venues and hotels will be added shortly.

*All scooters and Motorcycles are welcome.

Ride: BABY GIRL'S PICNIC RIDE "don't miss out

Join Tony Boydston and friends on this first [annual?] ride. The whole riding community is invited.

When: Sunday May 22, 2011 Rain date: May 29, 2011

Time: 11:30 AM

Where: Meet at cardboard hill on Manufacturer's Rd. Right across from FoodWorks.

This is a slow speed ride to Chester Frost Park. We will picnic for 90 minutes then ride home down Gold Point Circle and Big Ridge rds.

S0 bring a sandwich and a drink [no alcohol] for a family friendly ride.
